Conditions and suggestions for your stay

1. Duration of stay

Minimum of three successive nights.

2. Facilities and service (only for guests)

• Modern studio apartments with a large bedroom, bathroom, toilet and refrigerator.
• Free use of the whole area, in particular of the swimming pool, whirlpool, steam bath, sauna, facilities around the pool, bar and party spaces.
• The rooms are cleaned every day and towels will be changed as frequently as wished. Swimming and beach towels are provided by yourself.
• Breakfast, a warm snack in the afternoon and all drinks during your stay are included in the price.
• Every evening there is the possibility to enjoy the dinner prepared by a chef-cook for a democratic price of EUR 45 per couple. The owner is a professional chef and prepares the most delicious dishes with fresh products from his own (biological) garden or bought at the local market.

3. Conditions of participation

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Access only for couples (man and woman).
• Bookings are irrevocable. The paid amount will not be returned.
• At disputes the Spanish right is enforced.
• The possession or consuming of drugs is strictly forbidden.

4. Cancellation

La Macarena preserves the right to dissolve the agreement, under deduction of the complete travel sum if the conditions mentioned under paragraph 3 are violated.

5. Travel insurance

We recommend you to take a travel and annulations insurance.

6. Reservations

Your reservation is definite if an advance payment of 25% of the total travel sum has been done.

7. Payments

All payments have to be done by bank transfer.
It is not possible to pay by check or credit card on La Macarena itself.
